We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our in-house recruitment team at JN Bentley. As Recruitment Assistant, you will work closely with our recruitment team supporting the end-to-end recruitment processes for experienced and early careers hires. You will also support in the delivery of our recruitment strategy and help ensure the best candidate experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. The ability to work as part of a team, be flexible, proactive, and confident in your communication skills.
To be successful in this role you do not need to come from a recruitment background but have an interest in recruitment and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Your role will involve:
* Working with the recruiters to understand resource requirements and role profiles
* Supporting recruiters with sourcing activities using LinkedIn and other job boards
* Creating engaging job adverts ensuring they align to company standards
* Using the applicant tracking system (ATS) to advertise new vacancies, manage applications, help maintain talent pools and ensure candidate/ interview information is kept up to date
* Arranging interviews and scheduling these in outlook calendars
* Maintaining accurate and up to date records within our ATS and recruitment trackers
* Ensuring a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
* Carrying out recruitment administrative processes
* Managing the recruitment inbox
* Processing of recruitment invoices
* Assisting with early careers recruitment including arranging interviews and preparation of assessment days
You will need to demonstrate:
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships
* An organised approach to your work and the ability to effectively manage your time with conflicting priorities
* Confidence in dealing with queries over the phone, via email and using MS teams
* The ability to work collaboratively yet autonomously and be a self-starter
* Experience in effectively managing a high-volume workload
* Experience of working within a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
