An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Vascular department for a Band 3 Vascular Pathway Tracker based at Gloucester Royal Hospital.
The Vascular Network provides specialist cover for Gloucester Royal as the hub with Swindon Hospital as a spoke. Both sites are extremely busy and requires energetic but exceptionally organised person to join our specialist team. If you like to be kept busy, enjoy variety and have good attention to detail whilst under pressure, then you could be the person we are looking for to enable us to deliver an excellent service.
This post is for hours a week Monday - Friday
Main duties of the job
- The post holder will work alongside the Vascular Pathway Coordinator ensuring all cases on a Vascular specialist pathway are processed in a timely manner.
- To work from patient tracking/work lists, inputting data into infoflex as appropriate, in order to ensure individual patient records are updated in a timely and accurate manner.
- To provide Vascular Services with a focal point for individual escalations of patient pathways across the Vascular Network.
- To proactively update Vascular Pathway Coordinator and operational colleagues regarding the progress of individual patients, escalating issues and delays in the patient's pathway quickly and proactively.
- The post holder will attend the weekly MDT meetings, recording outcomes from consultants and actioning outcomes as directed by the Patient Coordinator.

1. Educated to GCSE level - Minimum Grade C in Math's and English
2. Experience of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
