As a Regional Support Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring high standards of care and operational excellence across a number of nursing homes/care homes. You will oversee the management of care teams, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and drive continuous improvements in both care quality and operational performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a group of nursing homes/care homes within your region. Ensure adherence to NMC standards, CQC regulations, and company policies. Monitor and assess the quality of care provided, implementing improvement plans when necessary. Support home managers with staffing, training, and development. Work with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for growth and improvement. Conduct regular site visits, audits, and inspections to ensure high standards of care and compliance. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the business. Requirements: Must be a Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin. Proven experience in a senior nursing or managerial role within a care home or nursing home environment. Strong leadership skills with a passion for high-quality care delivery. Knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel across the region to visit homes as required.
