Description Accommodation, Catering and Events; Business Development Grade UE03: £23,114 to £25,148 per annum 5% premium band for flexible working Full time: 35 hours per week Open-Ended: Permanent The Opportunity: This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate individual to join Hotels Collection as Housekeeping Supervisor reporting to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager and Housekeeping Manager. The successful candidate will cover our 4 unique properties where you will be based (The Scholar Hotel, The Scott Hotel, KM Hotel & Apartments). In this challenging and varied role, you will supervise a team of housekeepers on their day-to day tasks; carry out room checks and ensure our highest cleaning standards are achieved. We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor who is passionate about providing impeccable cleanliness standards; enjoys working with people and is driven to achieve results. In this role you will: Regularly carry out bedroom and public area inspections to ensure a high-quality service in all hotels Supervise a team of up to 40 housekeepers Ensure that all Health & safety requirements are met to ensure a safe environment is provided and all our legal obligations met Report faults and maintenance issue to ensure we maximise our bedroom availability To succeed in this busy role, you will need strong communication skills, superb problem-solving abilities and immaculate attention to detail. You will have a background in a hospitality setting and a real desire to achieve success.
