Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Operations Agent located at our purpose built Ro-Ro terminal Tilbury2. The Customer Operations Agent will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, effective communication, delivering quality customer service, and enhancing the overall customer experience on-site.

* Excellent problem-solving abilities
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Prior experience in a customer service role
* Knowledge of ferry operations and logistics is a plus
