Salary of £36,000 - £38,500 depending on experience.

We have an excellent progression opportunity for a Planning & Reporting Data Control & Governance Co-ordinator. As a critical part of the Professional Service team, the Planning & Reporting Data Control & Governance Co-ordinator is responsible for supporting the delivery and management of a data governance and management framework, to ensure all Planning, Reporting & BI requirements are tracked, governed and consistent across all business units and reporting outputs.
You will be contracted to work 37.5 hours; however, flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the business.

What will my job involve?
* Creating and embedding a Data & Control framework and methodology, promoting best practice and data compliance across the whole Planning & Performance team.
* Engaging with a range of stakeholders to improve data governance and quality, ensuring data and reporting owners are adequately supported to enable the effective capture of all pertinent information, and data extraction, collation and reporting processes.
* Maintaining the Planning and Reporting Asset Register, ensuring it contains a complete and accurate view of data usage across all Planning, Reporting and BI functions and outputs.
* Ensuring new and existing data and programmes, and tools adhere to the Data Governance Framework and relevant procedures and controls.
* Supporting the management of data issues including collaboration with respective Planning, Reporting, Change and CI owners, to ensure effective and successful resolutions.
* Reporting on data issues, risks and performance to stakeholders and PPI Director.
* Ensuring processes and practices are developed in a collaborative manner that deliver value through enhanced quality and reduced risk.
* Effectively managing situations with multiple senior stakeholders internal / external to ensure the situation is conducive to a desired outcome.
* Ensuring control of client confidentiality and data security.
* You may be required to carry out additional duties within your capability to meet the needs of the business.
What do you need?
* Strong experience of working in a reporting and planning and/or operations environment, particularly contact centre and back-office functions.
* A knowledge and understanding of data governance and data quality concepts and processes.
* Experience and knowledge of information lifecycle management, and system usage / licence management and tracking.
* Previous experience in an outsourcing environment (desired but not essential).
* A good understanding of policies pertaining to Data Protection, GDPR, ISO compliance.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a variety of technical and non-technical team and business stakeholders.
* Organisation and time management, including working to deadlines with multiple deliverables.
* Skilled in handling conflict appropriately and assertively, always striving to achieve the best outcome for all parties where possible.
* To be a strategic thinker and be able to prioritise effectively.
* Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* A proactive, enthusiastic, and highly self-motivated approach.
* The ability to influence effectively, using a variety of approaches.
You will be required to travel to our clients’ office and attend events to collaborate with your teams/colleagues. This includes UK and limited, international travel (all costs will be paid for by DDC OS).
