Infrastructure Directorate
The Infrastructure Directorate is the City of Stirling’s largest and most diverse Directorate, managing many of the City’s important assets and services while delivering a multi-million-dollar portfolio of projects.
This Directorate is responsible for the ongoing delivery of the City’s sustainability program, as well as contributing heavily to the City of Stirling’s vibrant local economy, liveable neighbourhoods and thriving communities.
About the Position
The City is seeking to employ a Waste Management Operator Verge Collections on a Max Term 12 month full time within our Waste and Fleet team. Our ideal candidate will use their extensive experience in driving a truck to ensure a safe and efficient verge collections service is provided to City of Stirling community members. An understanding of two-way protocol and the ability to work unsupervised is essential and skid steer experience would be desirable.
About You

* Basic First Aid Certificate.
* Extensive experience driving a Truck (including rear loader) and verge related plant.
* Efficient timekeeping and attendance.

This temporary full-time position is a Level 5 Outside Workforce Agreement position which attracts a salary from $70,970 gross pro-rata per annum plus superannuation.
To be eligible to work for us, you need to provide, or have the ability to obtain a:
* A copy of Australian driving licence.
* National Police Clearance (valid within the last 3 months).
* Pre-Employment Medical and DAS clearance.
* The right to work in Australia.
