Are you a proven leader with the ability to manage, motivate and develop team members? If yes, then this may be the perfect role for you As the Operations Manager, youll manage a group of Void Managers and Void Supervisors delivering void repairs in London, West Sussex, Kent & Isle of Wight. Youll be responsible for 8 direct reports and a budget of up to £10m. You will support the head of service in delivering a best in class in house void maintenance service, ensuring health and safety, procurement, compliance and finance is adhered to on a daily basis across the department. You can be based out of either our Croydon, Farringdon, or Maidstone office. Although regular travel will be required across all regions. What you'll have Experience of project managing and delivering minor, major and complex void works Minimum 5 years experience within in-house repairs (direct works) Proven experience of staff management covering all aspects of line management Excellent contract management skills with strong influencing skills and ability to work collaboratively with other agencies The ability to manage time & tasks effectively, work well under pressure both individually and in a team to deadlines, delegating appropriately Good negotiation and influencing skills A full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle In your supporting statement, it is important that you address how you meet each of the above criteria providing real examples.
