As a group, we've seen impressive year on year organic growth as well as growth through diversification and acquisition. We are keen to build on the fantastic results that we are seeing from our talented sales function and are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to manage a small start-up team of 2-3 Sales Executives, whilst also aiding in the qualification and quality of the calls and appointments generated. The Role: We want a hands-on individual who will lead by example and play a pivotal role in helping us shape and develop the internal outbound sales team as well as planning for the future & managing recruitment into this team. You will have a proven track record with at least 2 years' experience in a B2B cold calling sales environment. Managing within an appointment setting environment is also a plus, but not essential. Key Responsibilities: Taking inbound leads and converting into successful appointments for the Pinnacle BDM's Qualifying all outbound generated appointments from the sales team to ensure quality of meetings and conversions Day to day motivation and management of a team of Sales Executives, including confidence to plan and deliver meetings Setting and appraising performance in relation to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Carrying out regular performance reviews and appraisals Manage outbound telephone campaigns with regular communication with the marketing department Meeting with key stakeholders to discuss telesales strategies Ensuring a high level of performance is maintained through on going, on the job training and coaching, side by side call coaching and mentoring Compiling and presenting sales reports on activity and other quantifiable objective measurements on a Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Annual basis Analysing and reporting of sales analytics presenting findings and recommendations Work to minimise staff attrition through the adoption of clear, open communication and staff development Monthly bonus calculation & adoption of payroll processes Delivering and managing performance improvement plans, utilising clear and realistic goals to improve Management of sickness and holiday planning What We Are Looking For: As a successful and expanding company, we are continually looking for exceptional people with skills across a range of key areas to enhance our growing team.
