Job Purpose
We’re currently recruiting for a Scheduler to join a busy project team delivering a large-scale analogue-to-digital migration. You’ll be responsible for coordinating appointments, managing schedules, and providing admin support to ensure the smooth delivery of site visits and installations.
This role is perfect for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience in managing high-volume scheduling or coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule site visits and installations using internal systems and tools
Manage appointment amendments, cancellations, and rescheduling
Maintain accurate records and support with project reporting
Communicate with engineers, residents, and stakeholders to confirm and coordinate visits
Provide general administrative support to the wider project team
Extract data and generate reports to track progressIdeal Candidate:
Proven experience in a scheduling, coordination, or administrative support role
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
Comfortable managing complex schedules and juggling competing priorities
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Calm and professional under pressure with excellent attention to detail
Able to build effective relationships with internal teams and external contractors
Experience using resource scheduling or CRM systems (desirable)
