* Ensuring the store is safe and compliant with legal requirements, maintaining stock levels, and checking prices, dates, and temperatures
* Supporting the introduction of new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues, and learning together
* Engaging with the local community, participating in events, and promoting the store's presence
