Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement a Supporter Data Strategy, ensuring alignment and collaboration across the organisation. - Lead change management initiatives to transition data structures and processes effectively. - Define and establish core data sets, data standards, and migration processes to enhance data quality and operational efficiency. - Drive decision-making regarding data cleansing policies and procedures during system migration and for ongoing data maintenance. - Identify data ownership structures and develop clear roles and responsibilities for Data Owners, supporting CRM transformation efforts. - Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that data-related decisions are well understood and effectively implemented. - Collaborate with data owners, the Data Protection Officer, and the Data Manager to review and document marketing consent processes across all supporter data in the new system. - Coordinate with third-party partners to define methodologies for data cleansing and migration. - Support the professional development of the Data Manager and Data Team members by enhancing their skills and competencies in data strategy. - Work closely with Project Manager, Data Manager, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, identifying and addressing risks, opportunities and interdependencies. - Establish connections with other departments working on data-related initiatives to align strategies and share best practices. - Knowledge of Raiser’s Edge 7 and/or Microsoft Dynamics would be desirable but not essential.
