• To provide a dynamic, early intervention, enforcement, prevention and people focussed service for investigating and resolving instances of anti-social behaviour (ASB) across Somerset Council’s housing communities. • Provide an effective and proactive ASB management service, to include ownership of a caseload of anti-social behaviour issues, nuisance and hate crime, and to effectively and proactively deal with the perpetrators of ASB. • To oversee the administration and management of social housing properties. With an overall responsibility of approximately 2,800 properties
