We are looking for a Bank Reconciliation Analyst for our Property & Asset Management business line based in Norwich.
To be responsible for the reconciliation of all client money bank accounts according to the completion
schedule in accordance with the RICS Members' Accounts Rules (MAR) and the monitoring and timely
resolution of queries relating to reconciling items.
What this job involves
Accurate reconciliation of all client money bank accounts held according to the completion schedule in
accordance with the RICS MAR.
Assist in the development of processes that enable efficient daily checking of the client money bank accounts
for potential RICS MAR breaches.
Assist in the review of bank reconciliations prepared by other team members and with the reporting of
potential RICS MAR breaches through the monthly KPIs in the agreed format.
Timely reporting of all potential breaches identified on the client money bank accounts to the relevant Client
Team Manager for action, and ownership of the item until it is resolved.

Excellent numeracy and IT skills (particularly Excel).
Ability to work under pressure and to adhere to deadlines within a team environment.
Good communication skills, written and verbal.
Flexible, organised and able to work with attention to detail.
Experience of reconciliation preparation ideal.
Understanding of the RICS MAR, and client accounting function.
