We pride ourselves on excellent service and delivery, after installation servicing is key to keeping our clients systems fully compliant and operational. Whether it is special risk, detection or any sprinkler system, we provide service and maintenance of systems combined with 24/7 emergency call-out.
Role Requirements For Fire Alarm Service/Commissioning Engineers - London Based
* Carry out regular servicing, reactive maintenance and commissioning of our clientsâ Fire detection, Emergency lighting and associated systems along with completing and submitting all relevant documentation. Ensuring up to date knowledge of, and compliance with, all relevant British Standards is essential.
* Will work with and under instruction from Service Team Members, complying with work instructions, company policies and Health and Safety procedures.
* Will maintain a working knowledge of simple circuits and measuring devices and an understanding and respect of electrical circuits as well as undertaking training courses where necessary.
* With relevant training, commission our clientsâ Fire Alarm and associated systems.
* Maintain an accurate and high standard of all documentation and electronic records.
* Undertake âOn-Callâ duties as part of your team.
* Any other duties commensurate with the role.
* Will need proven experience in Fire Alarm systems maintenance.
* FIA or equivalent training would be desirable but not essential.
* Full driving licence
* DBS Check

* Professional, pleasant attitude and smart in appearance, capable of communicating diplomatically to strengthen customer relationships.
* Polite communication skills and ability to know when to escalate problems
* IT literate as all jobs are booked on tablets
