Spray Tanker Services Ltd. are a young and ambitious company of around 100 people. We operate a fleet of unique, specialised vehicles that provide road surface dressing and sweeping services. As part of our exciting growth, we're looking to recruit a Group HR Manager to oversee all HR functions across the business based near Wolverhampton, as well as our sister companies across the UK.
Because of the size of our business, you'll be responsible for all things HR, so you'll be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies across the group, providing expert HR advice and guidance, whilst simultaneously providing a 'hands-on' approach when it comes to ER, HR operations and HR administration as well.
This role will be perfect for an ambitious and career-focused HR Business Partner or HR Manager looking to make that next step into a more senior position, but still comfortable to get involved with day-to-day HR tasks as well. A CIPD Level 5 would be ideal.
You'll report in to our People & Performance Manager and you'll also be the line manager for our recently appointed Internal Recruiter. You'll be incredibly visible within the business, so you'll need to adapt seamlessly between dealing with Directors and Senior Consultants, as well as our Drivers and Mechanics. It's a bit of cliché, but no two days are the same at STS, so if you love variety and enjoy a challenge, this could be a tremendous opportunity for you.
In return, we can offer a salary of £60,000 - £70,000 DOE and we'll also support you to achieve additional qualifications to help develop your skills and improve your performance. You will be required to be based on-site at our office in Four Ashes, nr. Wolverhampton and you'll also be required to travel across the UK to support our sister companies as well as any new acquisitions, so a UK Driving License is a requirement.
