Partner with the best Installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment within and associated with the semiconductor wafer fabrication Cleanroom. Multi-skilled Maintenance Technician in Semiconductor Production Equipment As a Silicon Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for: Maintaining and carrying out improvements to semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Maintaining the mechanical and electrical facilities and infrastructure that support manufacture. Maintaining high precision equipment and its interconnected services including: mechanical, electrical, electronic, vacuum, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Having a high level of ability in mechanical/electrical skills is required including an aptitude and willingness to take on new specialist skills. Providing out of hours cover support in conjunction with the other team members Maintaining and abiding by the company permit to work system and all other H&S site requirements Working to ensure downtime is kept to a minimum whilst working to maintain quality, cleanliness and H&S standards. Ensuring legal compliance at all times so experience with legislative restrictions would be advantageous. Ensuring the site maintenance PPM system is adhered to enable continued production and downtime is kept to an absolute minimum at all times. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have proven experience time-served engineer with electrical and mechanical qualifications Have a proven track record within a maintenance role with good working electrical and mechanical knowledge Experience in a controlled environment production or Pharma/Cleanroom business Have been involved in PPM driven work and project work ideally within a cleanliness critical environment. Experience of working in a production environment with high-risk chemicals and gases Have good interpersonal and communication skills Have a flexible approach to demands of the business Have the ability to work as part of a team Work to a high standard Have the ability to travel to other sites when required Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
