As the Social Media Executive, youll play an important role in managing and growing our charitys social media presence. Working closely with the Social Media Lead, you'll be hands-on in creating, editing, and posting engaging content that supports the charity's goals. You'll stay on top of social trends and identify opportunities for viral content, ensuring we meet the highest standards of quality to maximise reach, engagement, website traffic, and conversion.
Your Role Youll be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of our social media platforms, user accounts, and forums, including responding to queries and conducting online monitoring. Youll work closely with the Social Media Lead to execute the social media strategy, ensuring content is aligned with the charitys objectives and meets regulatory standards. You will plan, schedule, and create content that resonates with our target audiences, from videos to graphics to written posts. Youll also use social media tools like Hootsuite, Pulsar, and Google Analytics to track performance, generate insights, and optimise content for better engagement.
About You Were looking for a highly organised and creative Social Media Executive with some experience in social media content creation and a good understanding of social media trends and best practices. You should be comfortable managing requests from multiple stakeholders at the same time, and familiar with using online tools for scheduling content, and monitoring and tracking performance. Experience in content planning, video editing, photography, design tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or SEO is a bonus.
