The ideal candidate is a highly organized, flexible, and approachable professional with strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities Liaise and interact with clients. Providing the highest level of guidance/support throughout the entire sales/transaction process. Conduct research and analysis to assess the value and competitive pricing of products or services in the market. Create and maintain listings of available properties. Ensuring valuation wins. Work as part of a highly efficient sales team, striving to hit groups targets. Provide customers and clients with clear considered advice. Arranging viewings to drive buying and selling. Visit potential applicants properties. Stay updated on market trends and change. General Sales administrative tasks and lead acquisition research. What Were Looking For Proven experience within a Sales/Customer Service environment, including but not limited to retail, recruitment, property, travel, hospitality, or as cabin crew, showcasing strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills to deliver excellent service and drive customer satisfaction. Proven track record in achieving sales through exceptional customer service. Experience within a high performing sale role. Exceptional People skills with the ability to build relationships easily. Ability to work as part of a collaborative team to deliver results. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and within tight deadlines. Full UK Driving Licence.
