Job Description PROPERTY MANAGER / INVENTORY CLERK – Residential Estate Agency Location: Basingstoke Salary: £28k Position: Permanent – Full Time (would consider part time) An opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager / Inventory Clerk, to join a leading Independent Estate and Lettings Agent with a successful business in Basingstoke and the surrounding area. You will need have a great track record in Residential Property Management and Inventories and previously have been employed in a similar role. You will be highly organised, personable and possess excellent customer service skills. You will enjoy on the spot problem solving and be capable of building excellent working relationships with Tenants, Landlords and contractors as well as the rest of the Lettings team. Skills: The skills required for this Property Manager / Inventory Clerk role will include: Previous experience in Property Management Experienced in carrying out inventories Good understanding of Lettings and Property Management procedures Demonstrate a professional approach to customer service Ability to develop and maintain relationships Excellent telephone manner Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Have a full UK driving licence and car The Company: Our client is a market leading Independent agency with a reputation for excellent customer service and for being the ‘ local expert ’ when it comes to Sales and Lettings.
