Digital Media Manager – Planning
Join a leading and growing independent media business as a Digital Media Manager in a newly created role driven by company growth. This senior position offers the opportunity to work with some of the UK’s most exciting entertainment clients, with a clear path to progression at the director level.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary client contact, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships.
2. Oversee and manage campaign budgets to maximize performance.
3. Lead the end-to-end media planning and buying process across digital channels.
4. Develop and execute omnichannel strategies, with expertise in Programmatic, Paid Social, and Paid Search.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, including Activations, AdOps, Insights, and Analytics, to drive campaign success.
6. Deliver Post-Campaign Analysis (PCA) and provide data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
About You:
1. Strong client-facing experience, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in media planning and buying across multiple digital channels (Programmatic, Paid Social, and Paid Search).
3. Previous experience with digital campaign implementation and trafficking - advantage!

Up to £55k base salary + bonus.
