Once fully trained (typically within 6-9 months), you'll have the opportunity to visit clients across the UK (around once per quarter). This role comes with full training, so while the responsibilities are diverse, you'll be supported every step of the way Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Provide detailed product information to new clients, ensuring they understand the company's materials and their applications. Account Management: Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. New Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities to meet sales targets. Quotations & Orders: Prepare and follow up on quotes, converting them into customer orders. Quote materials and tooling, liaising with suppliers when needed. Maintain accurate quote records and proactively follow up. Order Processing: Manage customer orders from entry to shipment, ensuring timely fulfilment. Client Communication: Provide updates on pricing, lead times, terms, and shipping details. Product Knowledge: Develop expertise in company products, services, and marketing materials. Business Growth: Identify new sales opportunities and reconnect with inactive customers to generate return business. CRM & Compliance: Maintain accurate records in the sales database and adhere to company procedures. What We're Looking For: Proficiency with computers and CRM systems. Excellent English skills (written and spoken). Previous experience in sales administration or account management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, can-do attitude Own transport is preferred due to limited public transport access to the location
