Ref 10962 Supply Chain Administrator £12,200pa plus pension scheme, yearly bonus, family days and on-site parking 16 hours per week to suit individual needs they are open Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm Duties for the Supply Chain Administrator Identifying Raw Material Demand and raise purchase orders accordingly. Troubleshooting daily supply issues whilst maintaining professional internal and external communication. Develop and maintain supplier relationships. Liaising with Warehouse colleagues on the receipt, storage, and transfer of raw materials. Monitoring supplier performance regarding deliveries In Full & On Time. Resolving supplier invoice queries/disputes by communicating and problem solving collaboratively with colleagues. Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives regarding Raw Material ordering patterns. Providing support and cover for Raw Material supply chain function. Tracking and expediting orders to ensure timely delivery (booking incoming deliveries and collating proof of deliveries). Experience for the Supply Chain Administrator Previous purchasing/planning experience is essential, preferably within the food manufacturing sector. Excellent communication skills, by email, over the phone and face to face. Strong IT skills across the Microsoft Office suite and a good understanding of Warehouse Management Systems.
