The role of Customer Service Administrator:
* To liaise with the Company's Customers by telephone and in writing.
* To review and process incoming orders ensuring quantities and pricing is correct.
* To respond to enquiries about the Company's service and products.
* Offer additional or alternative products to customers as and when applicable.
* Build customer relationships by taking ownership of calls and ensuring the customers' needs are always met or exceeded.
* Manage data entry via the CRM System.
* Perform such duties as may be reasonably expected.
The ideal Customer Service Administrator:
* Educated to GCSE Level.
* Computer literacy with good skills in Microsoft Office.
* Able to communicate professionally, both written & verbal.
* Able to prioritise and manage own workload.
* Ability to work and communicate confidently with a wide variety of employees and customers.
* Be calm, and organised.
