Our client is a leading print brand who reach to all of the UK providing bespoke products into a range of industries and well know house-hold names. Want to join them on their journey? You’ll work with leading property developers, F1 brands, Football clubs and more.
Your role as the Customer Service Account Manager will be nurture and build bonds with existing customer base ensuring our clients customer receive an industry leading service.
This role will have you spearheading a range of clients, becoming their point of contact and leading them through a seamless ordering process whilst welcoming new clients to the business post agreements.
A strong communicator with a passion for building relationships is essential as you will hold multiple relationships with internal stakeholders. EG: Sales, Production, Finance & Dispatch teams.

As the Customer Service Account Manager you will hold the below responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service to all customers around orders, account queries and post-sale relationships.
Manage your dedicated accounts from initial enquiry through to delivery of products.
Communicate effectively through email, phone, and messaging platforms.
Foster strong relationships with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Production, Dispatch, and Finance.
Process production orders using a bespoke CRM.
Ensure timely dispatch of orders through coordination with internal departments.
Address delivery issues with couriers, distributors and ensure customers are up kept up to date.
This Customer Service Account Manager role requires:
Previous customer account management exposure is essential (does not need to be sales exposure)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Effective problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
Adaptability and flexibility in managing tasks.
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
