The People Solutions team is vital in managing and optimising easyJet's HR systems, ensuring efficient and effective HR processes. They are responsible for overseeing system implementation, configuration, maintenance, and ongoing support of HR technology.
What you'll be doing
As a People Solutions Process Analyst at easyJet, you’ll be responsible for keeping our HR systems running smoothly and making improvements where needed. You’ll work closely with teams across People, IT, and the wider business to understand challenges, improve processes, and ensure data is accurate and well-maintained.
Day to day, you’ll help manage HR systems, support system updates and integrations, and make sure everything is working efficiently. You’ll also provide training and support to users, collaborate with IT and vendors on technical improvements, and play a key role in driving process changes that enhance the employee experience. This role is all about making sure our People Solutions are effective, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs.

What you'll bring to the team
You’ll bring a strong mix of technical know-how and HR experience, with hands-on knowledge of Workday, HR processes, and project delivery. You’re confident working with data, business requirements, and HR systems, and you understand the importance of compliance and accuracy. You’re organised, detail-focused, and great at problem-solving, with the ability to explain complex data in a way that makes sense to the business. With strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach, you work well under pressure, can juggle multiple tasks, and always keep things moving in the right direction.

Location & Hours of Work
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office.
