Type: 12-month fixed-term
Key Responsibilities:
* Document Management System (DMS): Oversee workflows, archiving, and filing in line with ISO 9001 standards. Implement system upgrades and enhancements.
* DMS Expert: Be the go-to person for stakeholders, providing assistance and education on the DMS.
* Quality Management Framework: Develop, review, and manage manuals, policies, and procedures to ensure national consistency and compliance.
* Project Leadership: Lead and execute projects focused on continuous improvements of the DMS and framework.
* Quality and Compliance Initiatives: Drive initiatives for quality, compliance, and change management.
* System Support: Assist with the effective use of systems like LMS, SharePoint, Promapp, and OnTrac.
* Monthly Reporting: Generate monthly Quality and DMS reports.
About you:
* Proven experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of the Document Management Framework and ISO 9001 standards.
* Intermediate computer literacy (MS Office, SharePoint), advanced time management, planning, and organisational skills.
* Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and within a team, and excellent stakeholder communication skills.
* Strong ability to analyse data and generate insightful reports.
* Proactive in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
