π Role Overview:
Weβre seeking a highly organized Maintenance Planner to keep our operations running smoothly! Youβll schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring equipment stays in top condition while reducing downtime. This role also includes managing spare parts, tools, and supplies to support our dynamic engineering team. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.

Create and maintain maintenance schedules for all equipment

Collaborate with technicians and engineers to prioritize tasks

Track and document maintenance activities in our system
β
Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts and supplies
β
Analyze data to improve maintenance strategies

Develop preventive maintenance programs to minimize breakdowns

Ensure compliance with safety and company policies

Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking

Train and support maintenance staff on best practices
