Job Overview
To serve and advise store customers making their shopping experience enjoyable and ensuring they leave the store with a good impression of the Weird Fish brand. To work as part of a team assisting the Area Manager/Host Store Manager to achieve budgets and help to ensure high store standards are maintained.
Duties
1. Implement a high standard of customer care at all times.
2. Stocking, replenishing, and cleaning the sales area.
3. Ability to merchandise stock and upsell to customers.
4. Approaching and advising customers.
5. Helping with delivery processing.
6. Carry out daily tasks assigned by the Area Manager/Head Office.
7. Abide by all Weird Fish rules and regulations, as well as those set directly at the concession.
Skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational abilities.
* Experience in Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to work effectively on their own.
* Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is advantageous.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week

* Monday to Friday
* Weekend availability
Education:
* GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
* Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
* Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
* Driving Licence (preferred)
