Ideally, you'll have 12 months or more experience in claims from either a broker, insurer, claims management or legal background.
Here you'll work from home 3 days per week with 2 days in the office collaborating with colleagues, sharing ideas, working with clients and dual management of complex cases.
Your day to day will involve:
1. Managing a caseload of commercial insurance claims across property and liability
2. Further management of some commercial motor cases
3. Handling new instructions from executives and direct from clients
4. Management of the full claims process including stakeholder liaison
5. Negotiations of settlements
6. Client meetings as and when required
7. Providing MI analysis for presenting to clients at renewal meetings
8. Reporting to senior management
9. Subsidised study for CII exams
10. Working to your own individual career development plan
Salary here is up to £35, plus benefits package.
