Role purpose Our Housekeeping Supervisors are assigned to manage high-level home cleaning, auditing, supervising, training and preparing homes in different properties across London. Responsible to supervise the setup and cleanliness of homes before/after and during guest bookings. Duties and responsibilities Complete quality assurance checks in the home Specialised cleaning and home preparation Specialised supervision of deep cleaning of frequently turned homes/maid services and as assigned Completing provision, de-provisioning of homes including detailed storing of homeowner items Complete all home activities as scheduling dictates Report damage and maintenance as required Managing relationships with homeowners and guests with home cleaning issues Work with the Service Team/ Property Management Team and provides regular updates Troubleshooting situations in the field Provide coaching and training when required Work closely with the Field Operations Team to maintain cleanliness and brand standards Overseeing cleaning activities during home preparations Ensure compliance with home rules Checking in guests, offering a high level of service. Qualifications and Experience Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor within short term rental, hotel, serviced apartment or hospitality industry would be an advantage but not essential minimum Previous experience with training and continuous improvements. Good geographgical knowledge of London will be a bonus Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and processes Extensive knowledge of iPhone and apps Fluent in English Experience of effectively mentor and motivate teams Experience of working positively in a diverse housekeeping environment
