Our client based in Stonehouse are currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join their dynamic and growing entrepreneurial company on a permanent, full time basis.
The successful candidate will play an important part to the sales team and will generate new sales, secure renewals and develop growth within the client base.
Responsibilities:
1. Research, identify and influence potential prospects, generate new business opportunities
2. Online network - build awareness and influence via outbound social media, phone and email
3. Contact and qualify inbound prospects
4. Set appointments and follow up on leads
5. Collaborate with sales and marketing team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
6. Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
7. Stay up to date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
8. Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management
9. Be creative, develop your skills and share best practice
Key Attributes:
1. Previous B2B sales experience
2. Own a car with a clean and valid driving licence
3. Energetic and self-motivated
4. Excellent organisational skills
5. Creative with excellent communication skills
6. Able to quickly build relationships
7. Confident presentational skills
Hours:
Full time (Mon - Fri, 8:45am - 5pm) + Hybrid with a minimum of 2 days per week required in-office.
Salary:
£30,000 - £37,000 basic salary + commission (OTE £45,000 - £52,000) + benefits including:
