• Hours: This is a full-time role covering 40 hours over a 4 day week alongside 1:6 weekends.
• Salary: Up to £30,000

About Us:
A passionate close-knit team is looking to expand with an enthusiastic RVN. They are a collaborative team consisting of vets, branch partners, head and student nurses. The practice is equipped with all the modern facilities including digital x-ray, ultrasound, and multi-parameter anaesthetic monitoring. The practice specializes in both small animal and exotic care, supporting your professional development with a varied case load.

Role and Responsibilities:
1. Providing high-quality, compassionate care to clients and their pets.
2. Assisting in surgeries and procedures, managing all tasks before and after each one.
3. Leading nurse consultations and performing Schedule 3 procedures.
4. Monitoring patients and delivering attentive care throughout their treatment.
5. Overseeing patient admissions and discharges as instructed by the veterinary team.
6. Coordinating patient transfers to out-of-hours services or specialist care as required.
7. Dispensing and reviewing medication with accuracy and diligence.
8. Upholding the highest professional standards, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and practice guidelines.
9. Organizing team briefings to foster effective communication and streamline practice operations.
