Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively reach out to leads via phone, email, and other communication channels to generate sales and marketing opportunities.
* Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and presenting appropriate product/service solutions.
* Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.
* Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
* Collaborate with the BDM, sales, and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
Average Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum
What You'll Need:
* Proven experience within an inside sales role, preferably in the international shipping market.
