Reporting to the Product Management and Marketing Director, we seek an experienced Product Manager to enhance the sales of the groups exciting collection of brands through the implementation of product strategies, inclusive of developments, pricing, campaigns and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee product development and improvement within the assigned portfolio. Create products that align with customer values by understanding their experience and defining a roadmap to meet their needs. Present business cases for product developments and assess profitability. Collaborate with product development, account management, dealers, and customers to define product requirements. Implement a process for 'voice of the customer' research during development. Benchmark competitors to ensure client remains competitive. Develop product pricing strategies based on price vs. volume analysis and market placement. Build strong relationships with dealers and owners’ clubs to understand their needs and requests. Periodically test products. Monitor product sales and provide monthly profitability analysis. Create a roadmap for Value Analysis & Value Engineering (VA/VE) with purchasing and R&D teams. Promote safety by leading by example and adhering to company health and safety policies. Perform other reasonable duties as required. Key Criteria Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Product Development (minimum 2:1) Experience in a manufacturing-oriented business Proven track record in product development for high-revenue/investment projects Minimum 3 years in product management Strong knowledge of marketing and product go-to-market strategies Excellent communication and stakeholder management Proficient in Microsoft Office Self-motivated with creativity and initiative Commercially astute with strong data analysis skills
