This varied role would suit someone who enjoys balancing general office administration tasks whilst supporting other teams in the business and being part of a collaborative office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support with general administration, including invoice processing, payments, and supplier record-keeping
* Liaise with external providers such as insurers, utilities, and suppliers to manage ongoing services
* Assist with reporting on supplier performance
* Help coordinate office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining petty cash/credit card processes / expenses
* Cover reception as required
* Carry out general administrative support across the business as needed
About You:
* Strong administrative background
* Strong Microsoft Excel user
* Confident managing a varied workload and switching between tasks as needed
* A positive team player who’s also comfortable working independently
* Excellent communication skills
* Flexible and adaptable, with a can-do approach to supporting different areas of the business
