Division/Dept: Logistics & Fulfilment
Location: Field based – mobility required across the Logistics & Fulfilment Network
In a nutshell: Plans and leads the stock strategies for End to End shrink activities across all Logistics and Fulfilment channels for non-food, to ensure stock is maximised to deliver customer service, availability, and cost KPI’s. Works collaboratively with cross Divisional stakeholders and Partners to gain buy-in for successful execution of the plans. Develop and deliver robust reporting tools and MI to support Senior Leaders to challenge compliance and availability.
What you need to do
1. Working for the Head of GM Transformation you will build plans for the delivery of the stock and shrink strategy for the division working in collaboration with our Partners and cross functionally with internal stakeholders.
2. Be accountable for the management of Shrink KPI’s with our Partners across all logistics and fulfilment channels for non- food, including gaining buy in and commitment across the Division to drive best in class availability.
3. Develops, and reviews the shrink audit process, to support the delivery of the logistics and fulfilment strategy for non-food.
4. Identifies events up to 12 months ahead and works collaboratively with commercial and Supply Chain teams to identify sales driving activity/planned events, developing an approach to successfully execute the events.
5. Builds strong collaborative working relationships with our partners and cross divisionally,. Commercial, Supply Chain, CI, Labour planning and finance and leverages those to share up to date critical information, reducing risks and issues around events and sales opportunities.
6. Provides accurate, timely data and MI to support Senior Leaders attending Steering Group type events, highlighting areas of concern, and offering solutions.
7. Externally benchmarks stock/shrink activity to identify world class practices to develop and implement to drive improvements in our availability to customers.
8. Provides coaching and training support to operational Logistics and Fulfilment teams, to develop knowledge and capability around stock/shrink.
9. Leads and collaborates with a team of stock/shrink specialists/analysts from our Partners to provide accurate, proactive information to drive availability and reduce shrink.
10. Represents Logistics and Fulfilment on cross divisional forums,. Serious Incident team to minimise customer disruption, ensuring escalation routes are maintained.
11. Facilitates cross divisional and cross company working groups in pursuance of Stock/ shrink initiatives across the non-food division.
