The Assistant Head of Behaviour & Learning Culture will play a key strategic role in leading positive and effective learning and social behaviours the school. This position combines a passion for clearly communicating the highest standards and expectations to all stakeholders and holding them to account. The post-holder will work closely with the Leadership Team (LT) to embed clear behavioural expectations that enables the best learning experiences. They will also ensure continuous professional development for staff.
The Assistant Head of Behaviour & Learning Culture will be an experienced leader already contributing significantly to whole-school developments. Be passionate about high standards, achievement and excellence for all. You will lead and contribute to all aspects of behaviour working closely with the Deputy Headteachers and other senior leaders and staff across the Academy and our wider Trust to ensure the safety, welfare and wellbeing of our students.
