Resourcing Business Partner
Location: Remote with occasional travel.
The Role:
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and clients to ensure timely supply of quality CVs and smooth recruitment processes. You will monitor supplier performance, perform payroll and invoicing duties, and effectively communicate role requisitions to suppliers.
This role involves delivering all Carbon60 corporate solutions, ensuring SLA/KPIs and contractual obligations are met or exceeded, and ensuring positive satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the implementation of all client specific processes and procedures
Liaise with internal support staff to ensure timely implementation of contractual and financial matters
Identify the management chain and brief appropriately
Identify the shortfall/risk to relevant stakeholders when the supply chain fails to supply and explore alternate solutions, flagging potential KPI failures to Manager
Proactively monitor and report on the performance of the on-site service against the client SLA
To perform administrative duties including new starter and leaver processes
Maintain up to date information on changing policies, procedures and legislation
Manage regular rate reviews and salary benchmarking, advising the client on appropriate ratesWhat we're looking for
