Key Responsibilities:
* Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of person-centered support services, tailored to the individual needs and preferences of each service user.
* Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the safety and well-being of service users.
* Staff Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively to ensure the efficient use of resources.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in a supported living or care setting
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities
* Ability to work under pressure and manage challenging situations
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations (e.g., Care Quality Commission standards)
