Key responsibilities:
* Maintaining accounting records and managing the purchase ledger payments
* Ensuring all invoices are processed promptly, resolving queries quickly and efficiently
* Collaborating with suppliers and internal staff to resolve payment queries
* Reconciliation of Supplier Statements
* Processing Supplier Invoices
* CIS return
* Managing Company Credit cards and Staff Expense payments
* Any other Ad Hoc Finance duties assigned by your Line Manager

* Excellent communication skills
* Experience in a similar role
* Knowledge of CIS return
* Motivated team player, with a positive attitude
* Good IT skills including Excel
