A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Dumfries.

Responsibilities:
* Undertake initial assessments for new service users to ensure they receive person-centered care.
* Promptly report to the care manager any relevant issues concerning the care of service users.
* Monitor work standards of a team of care workers, including specialist teams where appropriate.
* Assist with maintenance of records, in written or computerized format, as specified within procedures or as requested by care coordinators, ensuring compliance with Balmoral Health and Social Care policies and procedures.
* Deputise in the absence of the care coordinator and care manager.
* Provide cover in other areas as and when required.
* Participate in a backup on-call rota to help deliver care in emergency situations.
Candidate Requirements:
The right candidate will need to be sociable, flexible, and committed. Previous experience in a care role is essential. Holding a driver's license and having access to your own vehicle is also required.
