We're seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join a high-performing team, specializing in selling quality homes across prime London developments. The Role:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and managing sales strategies across multiple developments. You will work closely with various sales agents, managing relationships to generate leads, and proposals, and ultimately delivering impressive sales results. Your role will involve conducting viewings, gathering market data, and collaborating with partners to ensure the success of each project.
You'll work under the guidance of an experienced Head of Sales, learning from industry leaders with a strong track record in delivering some of London’s fastest-selling schemes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance culture, and who is driven by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies for multiple property schemes
* Manage relationships with sales agents to maximize lead generation and proposal submission
* Arrange and attend property viewings with agents and potential buyers
* Collect and analyse market data to ensure strategic alignment with market trends
* Present data and results to project partners, incorporating their feedback to co-create forward-thinking sales plans
* Onboard and motivate new agents to align them with project goals and the quality of the properties
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in selling new homes, particularly within London’s prime areas
* Ability to manage multiple agents and relationships simultaneously
* Track record of success in achieving sales targets
* Experience in international sales is a plus
* Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships
* A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
