Jackson Hogg are delighted to be working with a growing company based in Seaham on the position of a Finance Assistant.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Input of purchase invoices to Sage 200.
2. Statement checking / reconciliation.
3. Supplier payment run preparation.
4. Adhoc Supplier payments.
5. Proforma payments.
6. Liasing with Suppliers as required.
7. Entering daily bank transactions to the system.
8. Bank reconciliation.
9. Petty cash recording and reconciliation.
10. Company credit card transaction recording and postings to the system.
11. Sagepay and payzone postings, monitoring and reconciliation.
12. Daily sales invoice distribution.
13. Providing statements to customers.
14. Resolving customer queries efficiently.
15. Providing customers with copy invoices & statements as required.
16. Chasing overdue debts.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
