Overview:
As an apprentice at Barrhead Travel, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence, engaging our audience, and driving traffic to our digital platforms. This apprenticeship is designed to provide you with hands-on experience and valuable skills in digital systems across our legal and commercial spaces. You will work closely with these teams to ensure all first-level digital support is provided across all collaborative networks.
Responsibilities:
1. Be a key digital support staff member for all staff and clients, working collaboratively across your network. This includes processing standard requests, troubleshooting issues, and reviewing Nevis functionality in these requests.
2. Become an expert user in Nevis, Excel, and SharePoint. You will have advanced access to reconcile queries, generate reports, and provide information requests.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint. You will contribute to reporting for incoming client files, prepare relevant documentation, generate client-specific reports, and handle invoicing.
4. Develop into a super user in Nevis during your apprenticeship, leading to an expert level of knowledge which you will share with other end users across the organization.
You will also collaborate across teams, supporting others in understanding specific features of these packages and their applications for record keeping, finance, and support for suppliers and clients.

* Good foundational knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* High standard of processing and numeracy skills
* Strong keyboard skills
* Excellent communication skills at all levels
* Good team player
* Previous customer service experience
Salary: £16,770 per annum.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm.

Your skills coach and mentor will help you develop necessary skills, pass assessments, and provide personalized support. They will guide your growth through immersive training, address skills gaps, and clarify qualification details relevant to your role.
