We proudly support individuals across six residences nestled in the beautiful Pembrokeshire area. This role offers you the flexibility to work around your lifestyle. As a Bank Support Worker, you’ll have full control over when and where you work. Every week, our Home Managers will send you a list of available shifts, allowing you to pick the ones that best suit your schedule. Whether you’re looking for full-time hours, part-time, or something in between, this role allows you to balance your work and personal life with ease. What’s Involved? Providing Holistic Care: Help meet both the physical and emotional needs of individuals in a supportive and nurturing environment. Your role will have a positive impact on their well-being. Engaging in Activities: Support individuals during recreational activities, outings, and community events, helping them connect with others and engage in meaningful experiences. Promoting Independence: Empower individuals by encouraging their independence, boosting self-esteem, and celebrating their milestones. Collaborative Support: Work alongside the team to ensure care is tailored to meet the unique needs of each person, respecting their choices and preferences. Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of activities, progress, and any incidents, ensuring everyone’s needs are documented and met. Assisting with Housekeeping: Support individuals with everyday tasks like meal preparation, ensuring their living space is clean, safe, and welcoming.
