The post holder will be responsible for working in a fast paced and physical test environment, preparing and executing static and dynamic seat and component level tests in accordance to approved test plans, working flexibly to meet project schedules. They will also be responsible for operating state of the art test equipment including high speed cameras, lighting and data acquisition systems. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and good manual dexterity. Candidates must have hands on mechanical experience and proficiency with tools. Proficient with various IT systems. Problem solver / lateral thinker. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organisational and analytical skills. Able to work under pressure with tight timescales. Able to work flexibly on a wide range of projects at any one time. Detail orientated with a good sense of initiative and intuition. Collaborative team player with ability to work independently.
