The work will involve a broad range of matters focuses on all aspects of HR matters and includes: resolving issues relating to employee relations managing litigation disputes (often complex or with reputational repercussions) advising on post termination restraints and confidentiality providing transactional support and assisting with senior executive and team hires/exits. corporate restructuring, including advising on negotiations with employee representatives and trade unions. Supporting international clients on establishing UK operations, managing employee relations, global restructurings and establishing global advice helplines. Their clients are diverse including start-ups, professional firms, financial institutions, hedge funds and private equity firms, charities and third sector employees, manufacturers and construction firms.
