The people we support are at the heart of everything we do, and our Additional Support Workers play a key role in encouraging the people we support to live as independently as possible. Our Additional Support Workers work in a variety of settings including, Supported Living, Resource Centres and Outreach. Our services work hard to create person centred support plans for each individual and their preferred activities which can include: • Access community activities such as local walks • Trips to the park • Swimming and going to the cinema • Supporting people in their voluntary work Working patterns Our Additional Support Workers work flexibly and can book onto shifts through our Worksearch app. We offer a variety of shifts which you can fit around your lifestyle.
