Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead the operations of our 126-bedroom hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, a proven ability to drive revenue and profitability, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
o Oversee all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and sales.
o Ensure smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
o Implement and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
2. Guest Experience & Quality Control:
o Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and resolving issues promptly.
o Implement guest feedback initiatives to improve overall experience.
o Maintain hotel cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
3. Team Leadership & Development:
o Recruit, train, and mentor department heads and staff to create a motivated and high-performing team.
o Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
o Conduct performance reviews and set clear objectives for staff.
4. Sales & Marketing:
o Work closely with the sales and marketing team to drive bookings and increase brand awareness.
o Develop relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and local businesses.
o Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media, and online reviews.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior hotel management role.
* Strong leadership, financial acumen, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Knowledge of hotel management software and revenue management tools.
* Ability to work under pressure and make strategic decisions.
* Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
